The UA-PTC Chapter of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) mission is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.

UA-PTC FBLA-PBL is developing future business leaders

Phi Beta Lambda provides opportunities for college students to develop competencies for business and leadership skills. Phi Beta Lambda is an integral part of the instructional program and promotes a sense of civic and personal responsibility. While the student organization primarily emphasizes business and business-related topics, students of various programs of study may join the organization.

As an FBLA-PBL member, some of the perks are community and professional opportunities. Activities in the community include fundraisers, community service projects, and more! Professional activities include guest speakers, networking opportunities, state and national competitive events, and more! Students who qualify for a national competitive event may receive a scholarship or monetary rewards depending on the event.

Established in 1940, FBLA-PBL is a non-profit organization of high school (FBLA), middle school (Middle Level), and college (PBL) students, as well as professional members (Professional Division), who primarily help students transition to the business world.
