The University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College’s Community Education Program offers a variety of hands-on, non-credit Life and Leisure classes that are open to the public year-round. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the class date. Cancellations occurring within 7 days of the class date will only receive a refund only if the class spot can be sold.
Community Education Class Enrollment Minimum Policy: In order to use teaching resources to their fullest, a Class Enrollment Minimum Policy is used to ensure that courses offered have a minimum number of enrolled students. Such a policy allows students to engage with a sufficient number of other learners in the classroom and also efficiently uses instructor time, thus facilitating the research and service portions of instructor obligations. If that a class is canceled due to low enrollment, all registrants will receive a full refund.

Students will create unique, mosaic flowers by working with stained glass expert, Susan Nolte. She will cover the basics of every step of the stained-glass mosaic process from start to finish. This class is suited for all levels - a beginner as well as an advanced student will enjoy and benefit from this class. It is a great choice for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in stained glass mosaics or for someone just looking to try something new. All materials are provided.
