Arkansas Teen College (ARTC), formerly known as CHARTS Academy, is a week-long summer enrichment program in visual art and technology for 13-17 year old artists. The multi-disciplinary curriculum emphasizes problem-solving and independent expression through the creation of personal works of art. Creative work encourages teens to be active participants, rather than passive consumers, of the popular media they enjoy, including comics, animation, and video games.
