To provide a more convenient online ordering option, University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College has partnered with Credentials Solutions to provide an online ordering option for official transcript services. In addition to printed mailing services, electronic transcripts and expedited mailing services are available through Credentials Solutions.
Official transcripts are not released to any student with a Business Office hold.
If you are unable to purchase an official transcript through Credentials Solutions, please contact the Office of Records at records@uaptc.edu.

Un-Official Transcript Request
If you have not been enrolled at UA-PTC in the last two semesters and no longer have access to your un-official transcript, please complete a Document Request Form. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment.
