Step 1: Complete an application for admissions to University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College, including all required admissions documentation.

Step 2: Students enrolling in Cosmetology classes for the first time are required to meet with the Director of Cosmetology Scottie Burchett, prior to registration for classes.

Step 3: The following documents are required prior to taking classes in the Cosmetology program:

• Drivers license or photo ID
• Cosmetology Instructor students must submit a copy of their cosmetology license
• High School transcript or GED
