Please e-mail student account questions to a cashier at studentbilling@uaptc.edu. When e-mailing, include your full name, student ID number, and date of birth. For your protection, please do not use your social security number as an ID number. We can only assist you using your student ID number.

Students can contact a cashier by phone at (501) 812-2278. Phone hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please have your student ID number available when you call. We cannot assist you without your student ID number. The Business Office fax number is (501) 812-2296. Please address any faxes to the attention of Student Accounts.

Note: We look forward to serving you, however during registration we encourage you to e-mail us at studentbilling@uaptc.edu. Our e-mail is monitored at all times and responses will be timely. If you need to speak with a student accounts representative, please call (501) 812-2278. All calls are answered in the order they are received and hold times can vary during registration.
