La Patisserie is located in the stairwell adjacent to the Celebrity Chef Theater at the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute at UA-PTC Little Rock-South.

Hours

La Patisserie is open twice a week to students, faculty, staff, and the public for takeout on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Tuesday, Feb. 8 until Thursday, April 21, 2022.

Tuesday: Feb. 8 - April 19: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Thursday: Feb. 10 - April 21: 10 a.m. - 1p.m. (3D program students will provide a limited menu of coffees, pastries and sandwiches.)

Menu

Morning Pastries: Parisian Croissant, Pain au Chocolate, Ham & Gruyere Croissant, Almond Bearclaw, Jalapeno-Sausage Kolaches, Cinnamon Rolls and Blueberry-Lemon Scones

Espresso Drinks: All drinks available Hot or Iced, with choice of Milk, Oatmilk, Coconut Milk or Almond Milk and flavored syrups

Savory Breakfast: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant, Chicken Chipotle Breakfast Burrito, Egg-white English Muffin

Soup and Sandwiches: Soup of the Day, Turkey Reuben on Marbled Rye, Ultimate Grilled Cheese, Roast Pork Cubano, Turkey Gouda Dijon on Focaccia, Chicken Salad Croissant

Sweets: Cookies (Chocolate-Chip, Triple Chocolate-Chip, Peanut Butter and Sugar Cookies) and Cupcakes (Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Assorted Macarons and Truffles)

Please note: A selection of products will vary daily based on class production and availability.

Cost

All prices are a suggested donation amount. Because this is a suggested donation, guests may donate as much or as little as preferred. All money received from La Patisserie is put into a student fund that assists students in CAHMI programs with costs and fees associated when competing in culinary cooking competitions and culinary knowledge competitions throughout the nation.
