IT TOOLS FOR STUDENTS

Services and Support

As a student, you have a lot on your mind and we don't want tech-related questions or stressing out over tech support to be one of them. At the link below, we have put together a technology and support web page that features helpful technology tips, important computing and technology information, and answers to commonly asked questions we receive from students.

Campus Portal

  • Campus Portal Access - The Campus Portal provides access to grades, finances, online student forms, student news and more.
  • Password Reset - Reset form assists with retrieving your UA-PTC ID and changing your UA-PTC password.
  • Campus Portal Support - Access to support information.

Campus E-mail

All UA-PTC students receive an official UA - Pulaski Tech e-mail address. You are required to use your UA-PTC e-mail address for all communications with the college and your instructors. It's important to check your UA-PTC e-mail to stay informed about your classes, registration, financial aid, campus events, and much more. New user? Please allow 24 hours before accessing your student e-mail.

Adding Campus E-mail to your Mobile Device

Blackboard

  • Blackboard Access - Direct access to Blackboard. Blackboard is the platform used for all online classes.
  • Blackboard LibGuide for Students - Blackboard tutorial information.
  • Submit a ticket - IT Services ticket submission for Blackboard support.
*Please note: If you are able to log into the Campus Portal, but are unable to log into Blackboard, try using the Blackboard link in the portal's "Quick Links" section (If on mobile, click the black circle with the arrow in the lower left hand corner and then click "Quick Links" to reveal this link.). If the Blackboard quick link does not work, please submit a ticket. For assistance with submitting a ticket, an instructional video is available.

Connecting to the UA-PTC Wireless Network

UA-PTC has wireless connectivity throughout each location. When connecting to the wireless network, select PTC and enter your UA-PTC username and password.

If you need assistance connecting to the wireless network, visit uaptc.edu/wireless.

Open Computer Labs

For enrolled students, the following locations below provide open computer labs. Computers in the open labs contain Microsoft based software. Students can access the internet, campus e-mail, portal, OneDrive, Blackboard, JAWS (screen reader) and MyLabs Plus.
